From the definition of the requirement of product demand we move on to product design and optimization. Technical Department is responsible of this and also for mould design.
Any STEAB item is designed and defined for a specific application. The Project development is carried out by qualified technicians deeply experienced and assisted by the most advanced design tools in order to generate innovative and superior quality products able to satisfy the growing demand for safety and operativity.
Furthermore, it is possible for customers to customize by own brand some products which become a communicative way for Customer’s brand in addition to their specific technical features.
Warehouse
Warehose is at the centre of STEAB structure. The raw materials, in the form of granules are stored there; each chip is kept in a specific coded area, whitch is always the same. The sellable items, which are produced to the exact reuired quantities are inspected and then automatically packed. The packaging system counts the number of pieces per plastic bag, the number of plastic bags per box, the boxes in each consignment. Any delivery to domenstic as well as export market Leaves from the Shipping Department located in the warehouse.
Mould workshop
Moulds: the Company’s real asset.
Mould mean more to STEAB than the definition given in technical dictionaries. They produce the product and all the commitment to the product is transferred to the care and precision in mould construction and maintenance. Every mould is well maintained and inspected before and after its use. Nothing must be left to chance because chances breeds errors anyone wants waste. After such preamble, it goes whithout saying that moulds’ production is basic in out productive’s strategy. It is performed by highly qualified and experienced personnel having as background the specific know-how achieved by STEAB in more than 40 years activity, in a modern facility.
Commercial department
The Company has always dedicated special care to the administrative and commercial side of its business. It is not an impressive team of sales people but a group of experts who can perceive, identify and answer customer’s requirements.
The technical-commercial organisation becomes the customer’s reference point for any desires. STEAB is assisting the customer during the product’s project sharing together the best solution and the most suitable use of accessories in order to add value to the “rising” fitting. STEAB’s consultant is next to you with your Designer to select the “optimum” part to get the safety’s requirements demanded by the Standards and market.
